Data Sharing

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Torvessa Motion LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Services

Torvessa Motion LLC provides custom motion graphics, UI/UX micro-interaction animation, 3D product visualization, spatial/XR visual asset creation, brand motion identity systems, commercial promo video production, and remote visual design consulting. All deliverables are produced remotely and delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

Project Engagement

All projects begin with a written brief and scope agreement. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50% of project value). Final deliverables are released upon receipt of the remaining balance.

Pricing

UI micro-interaction animation — from $95
Custom 3D product render — from $350
Full promo motion video project — from $850
Enterprise brand motion system build — from $1,850
Remote consulting retainer — quoted individually

All prices are in USD. Final pricing depends on project complexity, revision rounds, and licensing scope.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full commercial rights to the final delivered assets. Torvessa Motion LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced at the pro-rata project rate.

Limitation of Liability

Torvessa Motion LLC's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.

Refund Policy

Torvessa Motion LLC delivers fully custom digital services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the time and resources invested at each project stage.

Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit covers initial research, concept development, and project setup time.

Work in Progress

If a client requests cancellation after work has begun but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed, at our sole discretion. Any completed deliverables remain billable.

Final Deliverables

Once final files have been delivered and approved, no refunds are issued. Digital assets are considered accepted upon delivery unless written objection is raised within 5 business days.

Defective Deliverables

If delivered files are technically defective (e.g., corrupted, incorrect format, missing agreed elements), we will correct and re-deliver at no additional charge. This is not grounds for a monetary refund.

Consulting & Retainer Services

Consulting hours and retainer periods that have been worked are non-refundable. Unused prepaid retainer hours may be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon written request.
